The success of the first phase of the JDA Workforce Management rollout was very easy to measure. Direct payback was associated with the significant reduction in the amount of time it took the store manager to create the store schedule. Instead of having to write out each week’s new schedule by hand, store managers can now automatically generate a schedule. This has dramatically improved productivity.
