As one of television's veteran journalists and one of the most recognizable faces in all of broadcasting, Sam Donaldson has covered it all: from Vietnam to Watergate to the impeachment hearings of President Clinton. He's a larger-than-life figure whose humorous, laughter-filled presentations are full of telling stories and revealing anecdotes about those he’s met along the way: the powerful and not-so-powerful, the famous and infamous.
Keynote attendees will benefit from Donaldson's insightful commentary and experienced long view - a perspective that can instantly separate spin from reality. Concurrent with FOCUS 2009, is JDA’s annual Financial Analyst Day on Monday, April 27. JDA Chief Executive Officer Hamish Brewer and JDA Chief Financial Officer Kristen Magnuson will co-host this half-day session aimed at briefing the investment community on JDA’s activities, strategies and market position.
Industry Analyst FORUM - Invitation Only
An exclusive invitation-only event for leading industry analysts, join the JDA executive management team for a further explanation and Q&A on JDA's 2009 objectives and the strategies to continue to provide innovative, high ROI solutions and services for its more than 5,800 customers in the retail, manufacturing, wholesale distribution and services industries.
Demand Optimization Council – Invitation Only
This is an invitation-only meeting for members of the Demand Optimization Council. The Demand Optimization Council (DOC) is comprised of JDA and 15-25 strategic JDA clients across the demand/supply chain.
The goals of the Demand Optimization Council are to:
- Identify and prioritize high impact, strategic optimization opportunities in the demand/supply chain
- Receive input from JDA client partners on the strategic direction of the council’s research initiatives
- Partner with clients who work closely with JDA to validate any new optimization research developed through the council’s initiatives
The DOC is another opportunity to influence JDA’s focal areas of research, as well as provide a forum to network with other supply chain executives to share best practices and discuss industry initiatives.
