Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by sending an e-mail to focus@jda.com. All cancellations received prior to March 31, 2011, will incur a $250.00 non-refundable processing fee. For cancellations received between April 1, 2011, and April 16, 2011, a refund of 50% will be processed. No refunds will be made for cancellations after April 16, 2011. Please ensure you also cancel your hotel room reservation by contacting the hotel directly.

Substitution Policy
If you registered but are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute another attendee at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change to the registration coordinator at focus@jda.com.

JDA reviews all conference attendee registrations and reserves the right to cancel registration(s) if needed.
