Special Interest Groups

JDA Special Interest Groups (SIGs) provide a forum for product users to share information and ideas on product direction and enhancements with JDA. Typically organized around JDA’s solution sets, each SIG is led by a JDA customer chairperson. Elections for JDA Users Group Officers are held during FOCUS and elections for the SIG Chairs are typically held after FOCUS.

At FOCUS 2011, elections will be held for the President, two Vice Presidents and Administrative Director of the JDA Users Group. Click here to learn more about the candidates and election process.

SIG membership offers customers the opportunity to:

• Gain insight into JDA product enhancement plans
• Recommend enhancements that benefit members and other users
• Influence the priority of product enhancements
• Network and build relationships with other SIG members
• Plus this year, the SIG meetings at FOCUS will include discussions on how legacy i2 solutions are being integrated into the JDA product family

To get involved in JDA’s product enhancement plans, customers are encouraged to join one or more of the following SIG(s) based on the product(s) they use:

Interested in Becoming a SIG Member?

To participate in meetings, calls, voting, etc., you must be a maintenance-paying user of the JDA product for the SIG you wish to join. Complete the SIG registration on www.jdauser.com by following the steps below.

1. Log onto JDAUser.com using your password/ID. If you do not have a user ID and password, please contact JDA Customer Support Solutions. For a list of JDA Customer Support Solutions numbers, please click here.
2. Select the “Special Interest Group” folder.
3. Select the “Registration/SIG Materials” folder.
4. Select “SIG Registration”.
5. You will see a list of SIGs that your company has the right to join based on your current maintenance agreement. If you believe that your company is entitled to join a SIG that is not displayed, please contact JDA Customer Support Solutions.
6. Select the SIG(s) that you wish to join by putting a check mark into its box.
7. Select the “Save” button at the bottom of the page to complete your selection.
